UPMC St. Margaret is a 250-bed acute care teaching and community hospital situated on a 21-acre campus near Aspinwall, a desirable Pittsburgh suburb. St. Margaret officially merged with UPMC in 1997 and serves more than 250,000 residents in Pittsburgh’s northern and eastern suburbs. UPMC St. Margaret is known regionally for its expertise in arthritis, bariatric surgery, gerontology, orthopedics, and family medicine.
The hospital’s campus includes two medical office buildings with capacity for more than 100 physicians, as well as a cardiac rehabilitation and sports medicine center. In addition, the campus houses St. Margaret School of Nursing and UPMC St. Margaret School of Practical Nursing.
