2021-07-20 MRRC: Providing Protocol Runsheet

Dear MRRC Users,

Your MRI protocol (i.e. sequences and imaging parameters) is typically provided with pdf file. The information includes all parameters per sequence in multiple pages, so it is not easy to read quickly the sequences and important parameters.

MRRC provides the protocol runsheet in excel format where are the sequences and core imaging parameters listed in table format (see attached sample runtsheet). It can be used for multiple purposes, for example, reference for publication or checking/confirming your scan parameters. The contents values are exactly same as those in the original protocol pdf file.

If you want to receive this service, contact Dr. Chan Moon, moonc@upmc.edu with “Project code” and “Protocol name of latest version”, for example, WPC-0000, WPC-0000-20210101.
